Before contacting support

• Check your license with Check subscription, or complete Telegram linking with Check link.
• Make sure consent to process conversation data is enabled.
• Check the provider, license, AI allowance and Test AI connection result. OpenRouter does not require a separate API key.
• Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
• If the panel does not appear, refresh the tab and open the extension again. If insertion is blocked, use Copy.

What to include

• Your Telegram username or Telegram ID
• The OpenRouter connection test result
• The extension version and the site where the problem occurred
• The error text, if one is shown
• A short description of what happened before the issue appeared
